- Teleworkers Home Network: Develop Security Awareness and Vigilance. After rapidly adopting remote work practices in response to COVID-19, OTECH has started planning for more permanent and strategic teleworking postures. All teleworkers have roles to play in the shift from temporary to long-term telework strategies.

OTECH is responsible for overseeing all hardware and software acquisitions to be deployed within the Government of Guam Wide Area Network (GGWAN). All technology acquisitions will be reviewed with respect to data security, operational integrity and long-term sustainability. For more information, please view the IT Hardware and Software Acquisition Policy (Policy 2020-001) in the Policies section.

- OTECH 19-005 (Attachment for Multiple User Request)
- Download, complete and submit this form to request for a new Government of Guam Active Directory and/or email account for multiple users or to modify existing user accounts. All users on this form must be assigned to the same Agency, Branch and Division. This form must be submitted as an attachment to the OTECH 19-005 (AD and Email Request) form – complete with appropriate signatures.

- OTECH 19-003 (Remote Access Request)
- Download, complete and submit this form to request for Remote Access into the Government of Guam Wide Area Network (GGWAN). This form may be used to request for a new Virtual Private Network (VPN) or Strategi account or to modify an existing account.

- Download, complete and submit this form to request for a Firewall exception. This form may be used to request access to a website that may otherwise be blocked by our Firewall due to cybersecurity protocols and controls. This request requires a valid business need.

- Download, complete and submit this form to request for a new Shared Folder or to modify an existing shared folder setup. This form may be used to request for a shared directory or folder to be made accessible to multiple users on the network.

- Download, complete and submit this form to request for access to a Government of Guam Datacenter Facility. This form enforces a strict Government of Guam access terms and conditions and privacy and security agreement.

- Download, complete, and submit this form to request for elevated, privileged access. This form may be used to request temporary privileged access to enable an individual to perform actions that may affect computing systems, networking communication, or the accounts, files, data, or processes of other users. This form also enforces a strict elevated privilege rules or behavior and privacy and security agreement.
- OTECH 20-009 (Domain Registration Request)
- This form is intended to be used by Government of Guam Agency IT Personnel/Representatives. Download, complete, and submit this form to request to join a device(s) to the Government of Guam Domain, enable cache credentials, and/or request DHCP reservations. The purpose of AD credential caching is to allow access to the domain when access to the domain controller is unavailable – this process is usually only requested for mobile devices such as laptops and tablets for use outside the network. If cache credentials are requested, a single AD user account must be specified for that device.
